McCoy Road Abandoned House

This Property has 190 acres with beautiful Valley Oak and Live Oak trees covering it's hills. The house itself has three floors, one of which is a cellar. On the back end of the land there is a reservoir with a crows nest, sitting in a tree, overlooking it. On the way back from the reservoir, in the trees, is a A-frame cottage with stables and an out house next door that is also in an abandoned state.
